I just wanted to announce:
I have successfully been able to replace my almost daily Medium Ice Cap with Iced Coffee.
It's been going well for three days now; I've transitioned nicely and already saved almost 750 calories.

Today's Tid Bit about Kal: The term "OJ" referring to Orange Juice makes Kal uncomfortable ever since the OJ Simpson trial. No jokes. Ahhhh he is just so funny, even when he's not trying. Always makes me smile.
Try Mexicola it good stuff works with weight loss.
ReplyDeleteAs much as counting calories, fat, carbs etc sucks it's really the only way over the long haul. It's really easy to rationize and end up eating way more than I thought. Gotta Do the Math!
ReplyDeleteUGH agreed! But at least the longer you do it, the easier it gets. I've been counting calories off and on for years (the new online trackers like thedailyplate.com make it a bit easier)and sometimes I catch myself calculating in my head while I make food (ahh subconscious calorie counting mode). It's a good habit...if not obsessed over.

Then there's Kal's creative accounting. I doubt there's such a thing as 400 calorie ribs and still lose weight. Typical guy though. Eat everything in sight and still lose weight and the serious girl dieter gains! What's that all about anyway? No wonder guys don't get it!

ReplyDeleteHAHA We discussed the rib thing when we were posting! He decided that it was about 400 calories more than a healthier meal he could have chosen (Ribs minus the sauce and healthier side instead of fries)......You are so right though - UNFAIR!!! :oP
