Goals and Objectives.

Sooo... What's the Point?

Good question. Overall, our goal is to challenge ourselves and make better food choices together. We want to feel better as a result, and hopefully lose weight in the process. This blog will act as a diary for our trials and tribulations, a place for us to keep track of how well we've been doing. A place where we can record what we have done to bring us closer, or what strained the relationship. We hope that eventually we can act as an inspiration for others.


Kal's Objectives

Goal weight - 200 manly pounds
Goal pant size - Size 34
Biggest behavior modification - limit chocolate milk consumption to 500ml a day


Amanda's Objectives

Goal weight - 190 pounds (haven't been under 200 since grade school)
Goal Size - Size 14
Biggest behavior modification - stop mindless snacking on empty calories (even though the TASTE so good and I'm boooooooored)
